The U.S. Department of State has released the June 2014 Visa Bulletin. Unfortunately, not much good news was seen. According to the bulletin, there has been a worldwide retrogression of EB-3 visas of approximately 18 months. For EB-3 China applicants, a staggering retrogression of six years has occurred. Some positive news was seen, however, with EB-3 India and EB-3 Philippines moving forward by two weeks and eight weeks, respectively. For family-based applicants, the F-2A category, which had seen no forward movement in months, retrogressed 16 months.
