The U.S. Department of State has released the April 2014 Visa Bulletin. On a positive note, EB-2 availability for China continued to move forward. Unfortunately, no forward movement was seen in the EB-2 category for India. With family immigrant visas, almost every category moved forward; no forward motion was seen for F-2A beneficiaries (spouses, minor children, and unmarried sons and daughters of lawful permanent residents).
