The July 2014 Visa Bulletin is now live! In the employment-based categories, progress was seen for EB-2 India, EB-2 China, EB-3 India, and EB-3 Philippines applicants. Unfortunately, EB-3 China and EB-3 worldwide (other than the above) did not advance.
Under the family preference system, no advancement was seen for F-2As (spouses, minor children, and sons and daughters of lawful permanent residents). In the June 2014 bulletin, F-2As suffered a 16-month retrogression, which may continue for quite some time. Fortunately, the other family preference categories experienced some forward motion.
