The U.S. Department of State has issued the August 2014 Visa Bulletin. Compared to the July 2014 visa bulletin, forward movement is seen in the employment-based EB-2 priority dates for India and China. Similarly, in the EB-3 category, dates have advanced overall for oversubscribed countries. A very welcome advancement is seen for Philippines and China priority dates, both of which have moved forward over one year.
