The September 2014 Visa Bulletin has been published. For employment-based visas, EB-2 India continued to move forward. Unfortunately, this progress will likely be short lived. According to the Department of State, “it will be necessary to retrogress the cutoff date [for EB-2 India], possibly as early as November [2014].” EB-3 Philippines advanced significantly, moving forward nearly one year. Under the family preference system, the F-2A category advanced worldwide; for Mexico, F-2As advanced more than one year.
