Attorneys Donald A. Donati and William B. Ryan, along with the attorneys of Nichols Kaster, PLLP, selected The Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy as the recipient of a $3,721.24 cy presaward from the settlement reached in Brasfield, et al. v. Source Broadband Services, LLC.
Brasfield was a collective action brought on behalf of installers and technicians of Source Broadband and C-COR who were denied overtime pay. Cy pres awards are critical to the Institute’s mission of advancing equality and justice in the American workplace.
