On March 1, 2013, we filed a Complaint alleging violations of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act on behalf of the satellite installers and technicians employed by Dump Cable, Inc. The satellite installers and technicians install and service Dish Network satellite cable services across the state of Tennessee. They are alleging that they have been improperly classified as independent contractors, and they are seeking unpaid overtime wages.
